Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Preshow.link, a service operated by Toy Robot Media. By creating an account, opening a review link, or using the service, you agree to them.
Last updated August 22, 2026
1. The service
Preshow.link lets teams import 3D venue scenes, map video and images onto screens, plan camera moves, collect frame-accurate feedback and export proofs. We may add, change or remove features over time; where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes we will tell you in advance.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You need a Google account or an email/password account to use the service. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.
A workspace owner controls who can view or edit the workspace and is responsible for the people they invite. Reviewers who open a shared link as a guest only get access to what the link exposes.
3. Plans, billing and refunds
Free, Pro and Max plans include the capacities shown on the pricing page (active projects, file storage, minutes of video, team seats). Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe; we never see your full card details.
Trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, but if something went wrong on our side contact us and we will make it right.
Capacities are enforced: uploads beyond your plan are declined until you free space, delete versions or upgrade. We may adjust plan prices or limits with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
4. Your content
You own the scenes, media, comments and exports you upload or create. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service for you: to store, transcode, stream, display and back up your content, including to people you share it with.
You confirm you have the rights to the material you upload, including music, video and 3D assets, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.
When you delete a version, project or account, we delete the associated files from our systems and our processors within a reasonable time; backups roll off on their own schedule.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the rights to;
- interfere with the service, probe or circumvent its security, or access other customers' data;
- resell the service or use automated means to extract content at scale;
- harass other users, including through review comments.
6. Availability and support
We work hard to keep the service available and fast, but it is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime. We rely on third-party infrastructure (Google Cloud, Mux, Stripe) and planned or unplanned interruptions can occur. Support is available through the in-app chat and by email.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toy Robot Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost profits or data) arising from the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Personal settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, after notice where practical. On termination, the rights granted to us end except as needed to wind down, and we delete your content as described above.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of the service is established, and nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
